KKStream想藉由Chat Bot拓展串流業務，規畫了完整的使用者購買教學影片流程，從展開機器人對話、對話設計、商品選單、購買影片一直到播放影片，將時下網路紅人製作的教學影片，在我們團隊開發的串流平台播放，在影片播放的設計上，開發有別於其它播放器的特殊功能，如重複章節、播放清單，讓網紅可以直接銷售教學影片。
KKStream aims to expand its streaming business through the use of a Chat Bot and has planned a complete user journey for purchasing tutorial videos. This includes initiating the bot conversation, designing the dialogue flow, presenting a product menu, facilitating the video purchase, and playing the video. The tutorial videos, created by popular internet influencers, are played on our team-developed streaming platform.
The unique aspect of this design is the integration of special features that distinguish it from other video players. These include the ability to repeat specific chapters and create playlists, allowing influencers to directly sell their tutorial videos. This design not only enhances user experience but also provides a seamless process for content creators to monetize their work efficiently.
